Hello and welcome to The Basket Case. We provide Gift baskets to customers in Central Florida as well as the entire U.S.
Our Goal
We create gift baskets for everything from Birthdays to Corporate Occasions to Get Well to Congratulations to Bath to . . . . . . well, you get the idea. Our gift creations are treasured keepsakes that will make a lasting impression. Every gift is made with the same pride and quality we have built our reputation on. We affectionately refer to our showroom as “The Idea Room”. This is where our corporate customers stroll through 500 square feet of space that’s loaded with containers, samples, cards, ribbons and a whole bunch more. This where our customers can actually see and touch and sometimes even taste the products that will be used to create their custom gifts. Whenever feasible we will use courier services to hand deliver gift items in the local Orlando metropolitan area. These local areas include Heathrow, Lake Mary, Sanford, Longwood, Apopka, Casselberry, Winter Springs, Maitland, Oviedo, Winter Park, Downtown Orlando, Windermere, Lake Nona, International Drive , Kissimmee and other neighboring communities.
For items going outside of our delivery area, we utilize UPS and FedEx. The vast majority of our items will ship within the state of Florida for $12.00. UPS Ground service is normally 1 to 2 days within the state of Florida. Shipping and Handling charges are based on weight and size of order.
NOTE: Additional shipping charges may be incurred for multiple gift orders within the State of Florida.
For items being shipped to other states in the continental U. S. we utilize UPS Ground Shipping and FedEx. The cost of this service varies based on the final destination and weight of the gifts being shipped. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for your shipment to be received.

External Server Security
The server must interface to the external server that is used by the financial institution for core processing. Such as balance inquires, history inquiries, and monetary transactions. These interfaces are done through firewalls and Encrypting Routers using Virtual Private Network (VPN) technologies. VPN creates a secure encrypted tunnel from a router or firewall to a matching device on the other end of the network.

Q. Will The Basket Case retain and collect my personal information?
A. We collect, retain and use information about you only where we reasonably believe that it will help administer our business. We must be able to identify and distinguish you and your products and services to prevent unauthorized entities from accessing your personal financial information. Q. What should I do when I have finished accessing confidential data?
A. When you have finished using a secure area of the Web site, make sure you always click on the "Log Out Button." When you click on it, you will be given the option to end your secure session. No further secure transactions can be conducted without re-entering your User-ID and password.
Q. Why can I still see some of my account information even after I have pressed the "Exit Secure Area" link?
